How to stop premature ejaculation

Are you suffering from premature ejaculation?

First we need to understand what premature ejaculation is. Most people have this notion that they are supposed to last in bed for forty minutes or something like they show on porn movies (which are unreal and fabricated) but the truth is that most men ejaculate within three or five minutes of penetration. If this is the case with you no need to worry you are good.
Ejaculation Control

Sex is a crucial instinct in humans and one of the most significant aspects of our life. Though, there are so many people who suffer from sexual dysfunctions such as sexual desire disorder, female arousal disorder, male erectile disorder, premature ejaculation, Sexual pain disorders, male/female orgasmic disorder etc. The most common sexual dysfunction found in men is impotency. In this circumstance a person suffers from low sex drive and low erectile or ejaculation functions.

So, what is Premature Ejaculation?

It can be described as Emission of semen prior to or immediately upon engaging in sexual intercourse. It is an ejaculation which always or nearly always occurs prior to or within about one minute. Simply you can say premature ejaculation means that a man reaches orgasm too soon to satisfy his partner.

Premature ejaculation (PE) occurs when a man experiences orgasm and expels semensoon after sexual activity and with minimal penile stimulation.Ejaculation happens before the individual or couple would like. This may range from before penetration to a point too soon after penetration for the couple to feel fully satisfied. It has also been called early ejaculation, rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax, and (historically) ejaculation praecox.

What you can do to stop PE?

Are you frustrated with sex that always finishes too soon? If you are, it is nothing to feel ashamed about. There are many more men just like you, disappointed about not being able to satisfy their sexual partners in bed.

Here is the good news for you, premature ejaculation - the most common sexual problem among men - is also the easiest to cure. More good news: The right treatment is usually painless, inexpensive and relatively easy. Here are some simple home remedies to delay ejaculation for more satisfying lovemaking.

Home remedies for preventing Premature Ejaculation.

1) Practice Makes man perfect
Practice controlling your orgasm. Have sex more often and focus on improving your control over your climax. Stimulate yourself to the edge of climax and then stop. Do this several times before finishing. As you practice, learn to recognize the feeling of getting close to orgasm, and take note of how close you can get and still effectively stop, and when you've reached a "point of no return." During intercourse, use that knowledge to slow down or adjust your movements if you get too close too early.

2) Do Kegel
Kegel exercises strengthen the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, which contracts during orgasm; a well-toned muscle means better control. (To locate the muscle: When you urinate, tense up and interrupt the flow; what you’re clenching is the PC muscle.) Do several sets of Kegels every day, or simply contract your buttocks for one second as though you were trying to delay a bowel movement. Do this 15 times in a row, working up to 60 to 75 contractions twice a day.

3) Squeeze technique
Have sex until you feel close to ejaculation. At that point, gently squeeze the end of the penis (where the “head” meets the shaft) for several seconds. Stop having sex for 30 seconds, and then start again. Repeat this pattern until you want to ejaculate.

4) Start and stop technique
First, begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulating the penis, but stop when you feel you are about to ejaculate. Wait until the urge to ejaculate has passed. Then go back to foreplay. Repeat the technique as many times as necessary, until you are able to enter your partner without ejaculating. With practice, you may find that you develop the ability to control premature ejaculation without needing to stop and do the start stop technique with your partner.

However, it is not simply starting and stopping that helps a man gain control. The man must focus in on his steady progression toward the inevitable, that point of no return. He must identify all the internal indicators that he is approaching that threshold where his body will automatically take over and propel him to orgasm.

This requires relaxation and concentration. He cannot be thinking of his partner's response nor even looking at her body. He must stay within himself and feel his process unfolding. Then he must stop before reaching the point of ejaculatory inevitability.

Typically the instructions are to start and stop four or five times before "letting go" and ejaculating. You must identify what that psychological / physical "letting go" really involves. The start-stop procedure works best with a committed and giving partner whom is willing to take the time to help. The man must not allow his partner to begin again until he is absolutely sure he is back under control, even if this means he is beginning to lose some of his firmness.

5) Reduce Anxiety
For many men anxiety and pressure to perform is a major contributor to premature ejaculation. Relax and remember that your partner probably cares about more than the timing of your orgasms, and that premature ejaculation doesn't mean you can't still be good in bed.

Take climaxing out of your expectations. Instead of viewing intercourse only as a means of achieving orgasm, reframe it as relaxing, pleasurable time with your partner that you'll enjoy regardless of ejaculation. Discuss this new mindset with your partner, so that he or she can stop pressuring you, intentionally or not.

These are simple methods to prevent premature ejaculation.

Are you sick and tired of the frustration and embarrassment of finishing way too soon?
Just end the "personal hell of premature ejaculation forever!
